RAIN "WINDOW" SERVICE BAD.

This provider is so bad at the service support team. When you purchase this product they tell you how great the service is. I couold not get hold of any support agent was on a call for a long time and when i was telling that my coverage is bad they tell me to put the router by the window. What kind of router is this. even putting it at the window its goes off and on ( up and down network) i asked to change to a newer router then they want to sell me another upgrade produce when there initial one is still problematic. This window Rain service is reallt bad dont get it. im waiting for someone to assist me.
