I canceled my contract 2 weeks back due to financial difficulties the service when I wanted to cancel it was very bad their consultants they come up with different stories and lie while calls are recorded for security purposes I was really hurt I started to pay since January and I paid them very well I never gave them any problem for them to make me to suffer this way I'm still waiting for my refund they came to collect their router last week Friday the CCD COURIERS was supposed to come Wednesday they didn't come I had to call them Thursday and remind them .so the painful part when you take the contract everything is very fast and but when you cancel 😞 you will feel useless and helpless hopefully I will they will refund me on Monday or Tuesday since received the and they didn't say anything their Consultant must go back to the training and learn HONESTY AND INTEGRITY
