Rain will send people to their early graves

They deserve zero stars. Rain is a nightmare, a void that charges you for services that do not exist. I signed up for rain, delivery was smooth, after about a week of using it with very poor network, I started getting charged ridiculous amounts of money, every other month it always was double what I agreed to pay. I tried getting in touch with them, and they do not pick up their calls, write tickets no one attends you, if they do finally pick up your call, you would have wasted a considerable amount of airtime, only for them to refer you to someone else, which also takes time before they engage you. I got frustrated and stopped using their services, even wrote them an email to cancel my subscription which was not answered, to my surprise two months later I had a whole bill of accumulated credit that equaled to a three-month product use. I sent them emails, they never rep****. I decided to call them and waited patiently for almost an hour before someone picked up my line. As usual I had to wait again for my call to be transferred to someone else who took their sweet time to attend to me. They admitted that it was clear as the day from their side that I was not using their services for a considerable amount of time, but still claimed I needed to pay the debt. Biggest regret for even considering using their services. Run away from Rain.
