RAIN WILL MILK YOUR BANK ACOOUNT FOR THEIR MISTAKE

Rain keeps deducting money from my bank account daily, which is affecting my profile really bad. They kept the services active somewhere in March without my knowledge. One thing I know is that Rain offers Pre-paid services. If you don't pay they switch off the services. So I don't know who gave them the right to keep my services on as they say because I didn't even see if they were on or not. I send numerous emails and FB messages and I cant get help. I just want them to stop debiting my account and pay for my bank charges.
