Rain will leave you hanging! Don't waste your money.

I signed up a week ago, they delivered the router and activated the SIM card. A week later, the 5G router is still leaving me stuck on the "optimiser" option with no option to enable me to complete the process. This is the case on my MacBook and my iPhone. Support doesn't get back to you. At this point, I just want them to come and collect their product so I can look for a useful service provider!
