Rain will keep in Debt

I've noticed Rain will keep you in debt as long as you are still owing them and they can go as far as inconveniently turning off your internet with no notice just a heads up that if you don't pay they will limit the internet access since I requested to cancel once they told me I have an outstanding payment, I Paid half of the 699 amount them on the 3rd when I wanted to finish up the March payment so I can work on paying for April by the 15th they turned off my internet then billed me for April even so what I understand is that even if I don't use the router and pay off my debt they will bill me for May (cause I can't cancel) and I might not even get to use the April data.

So basically if you struggle with paying they will put you more in debt. So I requested to cancel for June regardless if I am still paying and I want to hear their response as you know they are very slow with communicating and their agents I want to say are useless but it obviously it's the precautions set by management that prevent them from actually being useful.
