RAIN will dRAIN you!

I placed an order for a sim swap and they have been delivering to the wrong address even after I punched in my address and called to confirm it. When I finally receive it, it’s not activated and I’ve beeeeeeeeen waiting for them to help after calling them for about a month now. I spoke to Mbali Mohomane, Karabo Maboela, Ntombizanele Dondolo and Henrico Smith and they all acted like they were going to help. ZERO HELP! All they do is promise to call me back, I’ve been waiting for days now! Don’t waste your time and energy on Rain! The only helpful person was Rachael ( a senior consultant, I don’t know her surname) although she couldn’t resolve my problem.
