Rain WiFi/Internet Providers.

If I could give a less then this start rating I would. Before you try and get rain because their ADS are online more then they are trying to help their customers with their problems please check out the Facebook group called "Rain Community Complains". I had good service at first but a few a month later everything changed.

I've only been with them for a few months now and there are people on that page who have references numbers dating back to over 2 years. All experiencing the same problem as me. Rains excuse when they actually reply is Covid-19 but Covid-19 wasn't around 2 years ago! You get poor coverage, even if your area is on their "coverage map". They almost never replies to your emails, never answer calls and not even when they say you must DM them do they reply.

When they do reply they'll advice you to A. switch off you router B. Put your Sim in another device C. Put your router closer to the window D. Move your router around in the house And whatever else im sure before you can do all these things they won't reply after that.

They are still taking more customers even though they can't provide the service to their current customers. They in my opinion are taking on too many customers but they can't maintain and they don't give you a reason or tell you they can't provide the service they just take your money and then you have to take what they give.

I got the R479 package. It's an up to 10mbps line and all I've gotten so far is up to 2mbps. When my husband gets home we're both on 0.something Mbps. Rain in my opinion is v v affordable but not worth it because they don't provide the service they say they will.

Ps. Just paying my this month's subscription and then canceling my package. I'll rather wait for fiber or something better then to pay for something I'm not getting.
