Rain Wifi - Worst wifi experience
This is by FAR the worst wifi and service I had in my entire life. Absolutely no feedback and problem solving from their side during 3 months of bad connection. The “relevant” teams they escalate the problems to, never get back to the customer and we as the customer must just keep paying our monthly fees.
Would NOT recommend rain to anyone interested in wifi.
