Rain WiFi -worst service provider

When it comes to terrible customer service, Rain should win an award. I have left several messages, called their useless call cnt and waited more than 17 minutes with no one answering. You stay on hold forever. You ask for someone to call you back, all you get is repeated messages of your ticket number is...and someone would get back to you. They never return your calls and no issue is ever resolved. Very quick to debit your account but no clue of how to deal with customers. I don't blame the agents, I blame the company management. Don't bother signing up with them .
