Rain WiFi - Wors service ever.

I cancelled my contract in April already. I got a double bill this month after I upgraded. I had to cancel one account and upgrade to another (I have all reference numbers) but apparently they only scheduled an cancellation after I called multiple times to confirm cancellation and never cancelled. Now I'm being billed for that. When you call they cut the line off. They call back but makes your phone ring once and puts it down. Probably to show on record that they phoned back. Customer service is up to **** to say the least. I will not recommend this to anyone ever!
