Rain WiFi useless
Rain has the poorest service ever I haven’t had connection since last week Tuesday, I’ve been trying to get ahold of them but their call centre has the most useless staff that can’t help to resolve the matter At times I’m being told to take out the SIM card and reboot non of that nonsense works Last week Thursday they said they would send a technician to fix my issue, it’s Tuesday today and I’m still having the same problem I pay for this service every month, when it’s time to pay they call me numerous times but now that I need WiFi services no one is getting back to me

I just called your rain customer services and I’m being told that the routers were switched off by your useless engineers and almost all rain customers are without network since last week Monday some since last week Thursday…you’re telling me about a tower that is down….you people are honestly bull****ing us because you say 1 thing next person says the other…..and what happened to letting customers know if there will be a glitch or some sort? Why must I be inconvenienced like this? Why must I suffer for a service that advertises itself as the best WiFi network ever? Why are you people false advertising? So you say you don’t know when this will be fixed, so I must still be without connection for god know how long…how am I supposed to fulfil my work duties as I am a remote employee? Please enlighten me
Is there an alternative solution to this? Because I’m not going to lose my job because of your incompetence, ignorance, negligence and your useless engineers or technicians or whatever you call your people……you better fix this or I will go higher up
