RAIN WIFI SUCKS, YOUR WHOLE COMPANY AND STAFF SUCKS

On the 26 Oct 23 I paid my acc with Rain, the next morning my connection was cut. I've called countless times and none of the consultants can see the payment I made, yet I sent them the POP a while ago to ***

They have a huge system issue on their billings side and not even a whole manager can pick up a phone or sent a team's for them to fix this mess every single time they have to escalate the same ticket and theres no feedback there after, and yet if they want their money they want it Imediatly.

I called countless times and no 1 can help me because they all **** useless!!! Then 1 ends up in a flee market in Pakistaan even worse, all you hear is pay money mam you must pay money, that's how they like money. So unprofessional like even a corner stall has more dignity than this company whose consultants and plastic manager who are trained to lie as if they don't know there's a problem and thousands of people are complaining about the same thing yet they act like wow this doesn't sound right it's the 1st time I'm hearing of this. Mind you theor calls are recorded 😒

Come month end these ********s will tell me I owe them R529 again and yet I never had no internet connection. I'm ****ed off, because I work from home and had to use my own personal data to perform my normal duties. And how many calls have I made with my airtime 🤔 and not once was I called back.

Rain is 1 useless company pls come and collect your router because I'd like to cancel with immediate effect because you darn useless. Just like your consultants who promises to get back to a person and never does including your so called managers. Shame on you ********s taking people's money and saying 1 never paid.....
