Rain WiFi Sucks

I still don't understand how every month I'm paying for this service provider which doesn't even have call center contact, instead they give you number of people in India who have no idea what they doing or saying you repeat yourself over and over because they don't understand your language.

Rain I'm paying every month for ****py signal and service.
