Rain Wifi shocking service and no internet
People steer clear of this company!!!! My daughters in Stellenbosch has not had Wifi since the 23rd of March. On the 24th of March they informed me the tower was down, numerous ticket numbers later, I eventually got hold of them on the so called support no, only to be told that nothing has happened since they knew the tower went down on the 24th, and techs was only dispatched yesterday, needless to say still no Wifi and no time frame!!! The ethics of this company is shocking and I suggest to all thinking of Rain to steer clear.

When I eventually got through to the *** support no, they told me that the tower was down, and they are not sure when it is back up, this has been the same story from support from the 24th of March???? Now it is the sim card??? Who is lying??? You are a national company and the one side says it is the sim the other the tower, someone is lying???
