Rain WiFi service provider

After logging a complaint last week, I received a call which I presume was from Rain call center. I received another missed call on Monday and since then I haven't heard anything from them. They where supposed to let me know if my debit order was canceled and they needed to make arrangements to collect the device. Unfortunately the bad service is still the same and nothing has changed. I will never recommend Rain to anyone, I will instead warn them against opting to choose Rain as a service provider.
