Rain WiFi **** and theft
Rain WiFi is a **** and they hack people's Bank accounts,I made an enquiry on their internet service and they told me that my area does not have 5g network coverage and that they will inform me once it is available in the area, what also angers me the most is that I did not give out my banking details but yet they have been debiting an amount of R747 on my account I also am not using the services, I want them to refund all the R747 they have been deducting for the past 3 months!

02 Apr 2022, 13:24I did not make any payment whatsoever,I only requested a quote for the internet service and entered my location which is Oppenheimer Park Thabong Welkom the reply I received was that my area does not have coverage yet and I will be informed once it does have,to my surprise on the 1st of January I saw a transaction, on the 1st of February again there was another deduction, today there was an attempt to deduct as well but what I do not understand is why all the deductions if I have NEVER used the internet nor did I fill in any of my bank details nor did I agree to any debit mandate on MY bank account.
