RAIN WiFi RSA sucks! Give me back my MONEY!!!!!

It's been over 3months and rain still has not refunded me after numerous emails and calls??? No one is coming back to me. Poor service, I'll definitely not recommend anyone taking up this service because it's not just no client service, but poor service delivery and just overall consistent bad experiences.
