Rain Wifi Router Do Not even for R1

I would put 0 however I have been struggling to get hold of a rain consultant from the 18th of September.. The service is fast on delivery but poor on customer care.. I have been double billed for a month to month contract and want to opt for a cash payment.. However there quick to turn off the service when out of 30 days I had no service for 10 of those days..can't get ahold of anyone calls are just engaged.. Emails are on hold.. I am waiting for a response Rain South Africa since the 18th of September.. Come take your things
