Rain WiFi router

I app**** for a rain WiFi router for R625 monthly and the agreed debit date was the 25th of each month.. Today which is the 15th rain debited R515 from my account which is a card payment and I can't reverse it with the bank then I called rain to ask them to reverse my money the service that I got the was horrible I even remember the consultant name was Lethu she hang up the call on my ears when she heard that I want them to reverse my money now I called as new client with my other number they were so attentive and I started to mention that I want to change my debit order the lady transfered me but no one was answering the calls.. My worry is they debited R515 and again on the 25th they will debit R625 please guy be careful with rain they are scanners I even want to cancel my contract with them tomorrow I am going to change my account number with Nedbank imagine it's hardly a month and I am already getting a horrible service
