Rain wifi router

I place an order for a router on the ***4 for a home router everything was processed i was advised the router will be delivered within 3 to 5 working day which passed. I called rain and spoke to a few a people including Tracey who called me a young lady to mention a few things said on the call. I've never felt so disrespected.The service i recieved was terrible they are quick to make sales and deduct the premium but do not deliver on their promise.terrible service ever.
