Rain wifi provider

I have connectivity problems with this provider for 3 days in a row. There support is non excistance. If you are lucky to get to speak to someone they cannot help you, all they are saying is to put of the device and on again and when you tell them you have done it numerious times, they cut the line....they useless They just loose another customer.
