Rain wifi poor service and debiting account yet not using the service

Thank you after my review i received a call and was yet again promised a working router. Till now did not receive anything and was told to wait 48 hours but now 5 days and another debit will go off and i have not used the service of rain yet because the router that was sent to me was disabled . ***
