Rain WiFi…. Poor is an understatement

We have two routers of the unlimited services and out of a 24hr day we only have data for probably 3hrs, the rest of the hours it is just on and off. We reset but still no connection. I tried to talk to their customer service but it seems like they also don’t know what is happening with their own product. How pathetic, I’m even considering to end my services with them and look for a better service provider. It’s so frustrating that we struggle to get connection and yet come month end they want their money in full. I’m not enjoying Rain at all, I won’t even recommend it to anyone else, the service is beyond bad….
