Rain Wifi - Pathetic Customer service!

Rain is the worst service provider. We upgraded to Rain 101 in April, but the service was pathetic. They promised to give us a discount of R500, but then billed us triple the following month. After requesting for them to contact us to cancel the account multiple times, they never called back. We sent through requests to cancel, which they ignored. We eventually got hold of them in June and asked them to cancel they account, but they continue to bill us and ***** the money out of our account! I will never recommend their services and I will continue to write disgusting reviews about their services. The service on a whole is so bad, we even have upgraded to metro Fibre for the past 2 months yet they still bill us. How is this possible! I'm hoping this review will get them to call me and finally close my account with them! *******!
