Rain wifi not working

Our 5G router has been changing from red, to yellow to white for 5 days now. It has been difficult to contact rain support but finally managed to get hold of them yesterday, according to the agent I spoke to he said two towers were down and he would get back to me however, no response a day later and our wifi is still not working.
