Rain WiFi nightmare

Rain month to month is a nightmare when you want out. Their so called ‘month to month WiFi’ is great in certain areas but not all. I recently moved and I realised where I had moved Rain does not work. I called them so many times and I struggled to get them on the phone. You’ll ask them to call you back and they won’t call. The minute the debit order bounces that’s when they’ll call you. I paid them for two months without them giving me service and now they are calling frantically wanting me to pay again for what? Mxm! Think twice before you join rain!
