Rain WIFI Network

Good day, I can not help but to complain about the service and client support from Rain network/tech department. I phoned complained about my poor network coverage and tech Samantha Carstens asked for GPS coordinates, I mailed them to her but no correspondence was ever received back from her since the 5th of May. I phone numerous time trying to get a hold of her or anybody else to assist but help desk mails are not even answered. I do not expect miracles I just need info and how to solve the problem. But clearly network/tech department is ignoring me. They do not deserve a star. But the call centre staff deserves 5 stars for their help Samantha does not have to deal with angry and fed up customers that is rude to the poor customer service clerks, they have to deal with them, course another department is not doing their work. Shame on you Samantha an all the rest of network/tech department for not doing your jobs properly and the someone else must take the flak for your poor performance.
