RAIN WIFI - MISREPRESENTATION OF PRODUCT

I come back to South Africa every 4 months for a period of 2months or less. I was advised the best wifi option is Rain so I phone to get a subscription and the sales person, Sibongile Dantile, assures me that I will be able to keep the router and I can cancel the subscription when I leave and reinstate when I get back. I can keep the router until I decide not to use Rain anymore. I receive the router and log a call and the person says the policy is that the router should be sent back every time I cancel and every time I come back I need to place a new order. I am besides myself, Sibongile said if I need to get hold of her I could log a call and type that I want her to call me. I've done this a few times and no call from Sibongile. Did she promise what she promised just to get the sale? If that's the case I am utterly disgusted as it is pure misrepresentation and a huge hassle for me!
