Rain Wifi Misleading information

Dear Rain Team Your company explicitly stated that this WiFi service was NOT a contract andI re**** on that information when signing up. I have not been using rain for months but now I am now being told the account is in arrears so i am confused as to how do u owe a service that was not rendered , Your Advertising is misleading and False.

I tried escalating and Enquring and i was told that it will continue gaining arrears if i dont settle and they cancel😭😭😭

At no point was I informed that this service would operate as a contract or that arrears would accumulate. This is a clear case of misrepresentation and false advertising.
