Rain wifi is terrible and they are holding my number hostage

I am trying to get rid of this Rain device because the network is poor.I have been trying to send their device back but the agents never call back and they don't pick up their wifi from my house.Now they continue charging me while I do not even want their service.I have not used the device in march and I paid end of March.Now I. April again i see R625 that they are trying to charge me and refusing to port my number.I want my number moved to mtn and I want to return their device. Now in April they are pushing to get R625 from me while I dont want their device anymore.But I cannot just is disconnected without porting my number.So they are keeping that against me.They want me to pay R625 for April while I am trying to return the device.Please help me get rid of these bloodsuckers.The rain service is terrible.Even when you pay for days they don't even provide service but they charge people full amounts
