Rain wifi is terrible
Please never Rain its super expensive connection issues and unreliable support team you find your self with no ever ending promise to pay.

I’ve been using Rain for my Wi-Fi, and I’m thoroughly disappointed. Although they offer a month-to-month contract, they introduced a “promise to pay” policy that ends up leaving you with a large outstanding balance. Despite no formal contract, they still cut off your service if you don’t pay. Their network is incredibly slow, and customer service is poor. Agents rarely return calls, and you’re often left chasing them for follow-ups. They only seem responsive when you’re a new customer, but once you’re on board, the service quality drops. Additionally, you can’t downgrade your plan, and the connectivity is consistently poor. Often, you’ll just receive emails stating that a ticket has been logged, but no one actually follows up. Overall, Rain’s service is frustrating and not worth the hassle.

I did reach out to request an arrangement to pay my monthly subscription along with an additional R200 for the nex 6 months each month, but I haven’t received any response on that yet.Spoken to 4 support agents no response instead a chat robot on what'sapp is the one who responds.
