Rain (wifi) is no go area - very bad support services - not reliable.

I have bad services from Rain. I have two routers with them, i asked them a simple thing of cancelling old router and leave old one, they want me to pay monthly subscription fee even when i am cancelling it. I called the whole day, and no-one managed to help me, the only thing they say was the billing people will call me. I dont recommend people to use Rain because you will cry when you need support, but very quick & friendly when they make you join. You won't receive the same energy, even thinking of cancelling it. so dissapointed.
