Rain wifi is a ****!!

Rain wifi's customer care is very very poor. They double charged me this month and I have been logging tickets since the 2nd of July with no returned call to date. Sitting an hour on the phone they eventually answered but the person answering can't help. I had to send an email. I sent an email and no response. They then respond on my ticket saying only 1 payment was successful however the money has left my account and has not been reversed or refunded. I have sent proof of this to them however I am still not recieving my refund!
