Rain wifi internet bad service

Hi good day I'm really unhappy with this rain service I have a called in and I have told them that I want to cancel my account and then they told me that can give me a discount ,I can pay like 400 something Rand so for 3 months and after 3 months I will see if I can afford to pay the 625 so that's my my account I paid 400 and something went and my balance is 200 something they didn't give me a discount for the third month so I would like you to call me on *** yourself and your your service is very very very bad
