Rain wifi Horror

I have had an absolute horrible experience with the rain wifi company my WiFi was delivered 2 days ago and I've been struggling since then to get any form of signal the bar is blank.. I have logged this complaint via email and via telephone calls I have called the call centre over 6 times with having rain agents be very rude to me as well and no one is able to assist or give any solution to the problem
