Rain Wifi
Terrible Service and Billing Practices!
Rain is one of the worst WiFi providers I’ve ever dealt with! In December, I chose not to pay since I was away for the holidays, assuming they would simply suspend my service until I resumed payments. But no—rather than just switching off the WiFi, they let the balance pile up, forcing me to pay for both December 2024 and January 2025 when I returned.
To make matters worse, even my bank couldn’t help reverse the charges! Their customer service is beyond poor—they never call back when you request assistance. I’m desperately hoping they reach out just so I can cancel my service for good.
Rain must fall, because this company is a disaster!.

I have made a payment today on a Sunday for the Rain101 wifi services via your whatsap link. Also when does the wifi go on after manually paying the wifi? Dokt your people work weekends?
