RAIN WIFI discontinued however billing

I have since requested a de-activation of my month to month about 4 months ago. to date the bill is adding up and I am not using the service, the wifi has not beed working... there is no order in the way you are handling things, can you please disconnect the service and STOP BILLING ME on something I am not using as this is a month to month contract, how does it add up if I am not using is
