Rain wifi, disconnecting and buffing

I've had endless problems with Rain wifi in Rabie ridge after I was promised that I will never have problems and that coverage is 💯 in my area. I've had no joy at all, the wifi network is unstable and it keeps buffing. I've called the support desk and call center on numerous occasions and all I received was empty promises. My last call made to the call center was to cancel my month to month subscription, but the funny thing is I keep getting notifications of unpaid subscription 🤣 😂 and they keep trying to debit my account....funny how they don't forget to debit but they not delivering basic service or meeting customers satisfaction.
