Rain Wifi

I ordered and paid for Rain wifi on the 11th December 2023. They said I will receive it after 3 to 5 working days. I only received it on the 22nd of December which is after 8 working days, after calling and sending messages that they didn't get back to me, and calling a useless courier company called CCD who has so much excuses. After I getting my WIFI, it's not working. Tried getting hold of Rain, no response. What type of service is this??
