RAIN WIFI COMPLAINT

Two years ago i moved into a new home, one needed a wifi urgently as i have children. I contacted rain, gave them banking details to debit the account monthly. I received my parcel the router after couple of day. Tried to connect but i couldn't. I made calls and emailed via the app for weeks without any help, every time i was told someone will get back to me, to a point were i ended up using a different company and called them to come collect their router that wasn't working. mind you in between my account was being debited. Eventually they came however, a week ago i received a call that i owe RAIN, I told the lady to get her manager to call me as i was surprised and thinking it's rain and i wanted to explain my story, obviously no call came through. To cut the long story short they handed my account to the debt collectors and i am told to pay the account from RAIN. I AM DISGUSTED WITH RAIN I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. FIRSTLY BECAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE OFFICES AND TECHNICIANS TO SORT OUT THEIR MESS.
