Rain WiFi charge load data monthly even if you don't pay then tell you too pay, yet it's suppose to be a month to month contract

When I signed up for the Rain router I was told that its a month to month subscription, Rain has been calling me since last year telling me I have an outstanding balance, recently the new pitch they have is telling me that the router is being used on a monthly basis. Question why you loading data to someone who has canceled subscription the time you double debit me? Get someone and fetch this router I am not paying nothing.
