Rain's customer service sucks! I have logged 2 queries within 3 weeks and still have not heard from them. My internet connection is unbelievably bad, and I live next to a tower, literally Fifty meters from a tower. I'm thinking of cancelling my service with them.

Hi. It does not help. I literally live next to a tower and when I want to optimise my signal I see that I get my signal from 3.68 km away. My closest tower is 0.09 m from me.
