Rain wifi billing department sucks

Rain sucks big time , from slow network to unmet turn around times to billing department not responding to anything I missed a meeting because they disconnected my router for no reason when it was working just fine even after payment, it's been 3 hours iv been calling none stop they keep saying they escalated the matter but there's nothing happening I would never recommend it to anyone. Waste of money 625 rand for nothing but headache
