Rain WiFi - bad with technical support

After 3 years I had no problems then all of a sudden I'm sitting with no WiFi. I keep on phoning the support team that will open up a ticket and escalate it to technical support. So technical support phoned me and because I couldn't pick up my phone, they closed the ticket and now I'm back in the queue for technical support. I paid for the month and sitting without WiFi. I hope Rain is going to compensate me on this. I will not recommend Rain anymore.
