Rain wifi bad service

I started with Rain wifi in 2022. August 2025 I wanted a 2nd router for my daughter and paid for it. With delivery there was a misunderstanding and I cancelled the transaction before router has been delivered. Since August when transaction was cancelled I spoke to so many support persons and I did wriete the times and the names as reference at Rain and all promised that they did apply for a refund on the system. This month I decide to cancell my debit order in order to use my refund promised but not received. My internet was cut this weekend. I contacted Rain this morning and they said they see the credit on system but it was offset to other charges............what charges? The transaction was cancelled within two days and before Router was received. I think Rain is fast to take the monthly amounts from our accounts but once they need to refund you they come with other excuses. I will not recommend Rain wifi to any person because what they say and what they do is very different.
