Rain Wifi and their terrible service

Rain has been ****ming for me months making me pay for a product that comes with 5 sim cards when I only received 2. This month I received a bill that is R200 more than my monthly payments and I still trying to figure out what product is it that they sell that costs R996 when my monthly bill is actually R795. I settled my Bill for the month of August and next payment date is supposed to be the 09/25 yet my wifi is now stopped because of this R996 bill, I have sent emails with proof of payment but still have not been contact by anyone. Trying to reach them on the phone is a nightmare.
