Rain WiFi **** and ****py CCD couriers

My brother bought a 5g premium WiFi last week, upon delivery low and behold they only delivered the SIM card only. They use an *********** Ass delivery system which was born in the Stone age. Because between their backside and rain front they don't know which way if forward. My brother called rain and informed them that the delivery was complete, they only delivered the SIM only and not the router too.

He had to call them and the ad to what package did the deliver. They then rectifying their mistake claiming that they had no routers available and they are sorry that the router wasn't delivered.

They promise to deliver in a few days. My brother informed them that he will be traveling out of the country for the next 3 weeks and are they still able to deliver in the 48hrs or have my brother sign for the package of which the agreed and said that they will lias with the CCD couriers.

CCD couriers then sent an SMS confirming that the package was with them. So he called them o Friday asking them as to when they will deliver because he will be going out of the country by Monday afternoon. They never responded upon he called them this morning asking them as to when are they going to deliver.

He called the to 9am to confirm that he will sign for the package and they took all details including his ID. I later confirmed before my flight that everything was ok and try confirmed is everything was okay. But no nobody called Rain and confirmed about the adjustment. Nobody from Rain called CCD to confirm. So my brother called CCD again to confirm the delivery and they informed him that the can't confirm with him. So before my connecting flight I called the again to confirm but these asses don't communicate with each other.

No the shop has no WiFi which I already paying for this month and are billing me. They want me to sign for the package ;⁠-⁠) as in how????
