rain wifi

this is the 50th time i emai land call them since last year telling them i can afford wifi any more they must come fectch the router - it was sold to me on a month to month . i paidthe last month and have sending email contiuallisy telling me to please cancel and fecth wifi they just flat ignore me and nver reply to my email what must i do i said from the start cancel it - cant cancel online on my portal send them emails get reference number and that is where they leave it the ***** selling stuff not as promised that why i took it month to month and now they let me bill just go one really people get with it please i have all my emails as proof and when you call they keep you so long on the line wasting my airtime come fetch the3 router please and CANCEL THE WIFI -AS PER MY EMAILS IM DONE WITH YOU GUYS REALLYY!!!
