They were quick to deliver the device and start taking off money every month, but since cancelling this service in May 2023 to have it de-activated end of June 2023, they are STILL taking off money from my account 3 months on!!!!!! Most pathetic customer service ever!! I want answers on WHEN an HOW my money for the last 2 months will be paid back as they have already collected the devises months ago and everytime you phone in, they "escalate" the query with new reference numbers!!! STAY AWAY FROM RAIN!!!
